Requirements

Active phlebotomy certification (CPT, ASCP, or equivalent)
Valid Florida state license (if applicable)
Minimum 1 year of phlebotomy experience
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
Smartphone with reliable internet access
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
