Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Labs & Health of Miami LLC, we strive to provide reliable, professional, and timely mobile phlebotomy services.


Because our services require travel, preparation, and coordination with third-party laboratories, the following refund and cancellation terms apply.

1. All Sales Are Final

All payments become final once an order is placed, including:

Phlebotomy service fees

Travel fees

Laboratory fees

Kit shipping fees

Same-day or urgent fees

No refunds are provided if:

You cancel the appointment

You decide not to proceed

Your doctor changes the lab order

You fail to prepare properly

You miss the appointment

Laboratory fees cannot be reversed, therefore refunds are not possible.


2. Rescheduling Policy (Allowed ONLY With 24-Hour Notice)

Clients may reschedule their appointment only if the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

Rescheduling rules:

Must be done 24 hours prior, no exceptions

Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice cannot be rescheduled

A new appointment will require a new service fee

Rescheduling does not reverse laboratory charges already paid by us.


3. No-Show & Late Cancellation (No Refunds + No Reschedule)

No refund and no rescheduling will be granted if:

You cancel within 24 hours

You are not present at the appointment time

You do not answer calls or messages

The address provided is incorrect

You are unprepared (no kit, no order, improper environment, hydration issues, etc.)

You refuse the procedure after arrival

A new appointment will require a new payment.


4. Incomplete or Difficult Collections

No refunds are issued if the phlebotomy cannot be completed due to:

Dehydration

Difficult veins

Fainting or medical reactions

Client refusal

Lack of proper preparation

Missing documents or lab kit

A complimentary re-draw may be offered ONLY if a confirmed phlebotomist error occurred and the sample was not usable before leaving the home.
This is evaluated case-by-case and does not guarantee a re-draw.


5. Laboratory & Shipping Limitations

Labs & Health of Miami LLC is not responsible for:

Laboratory delays

Lost or rejected samples

Hemolysis or insufficient volume

Delayed results

Shipping delays from UPS/FedEx/USPS

Lab cancellations or reruns

Laboratory fees are non-refundable, and we cannot recover them from the lab.

We will assist in communicating with the lab, but no monetary reimbursement can be issued.


6. Lab Kits (Non-Refundable Once Shipped)

If your test requires a kit:

Once shipped, kit fees and shipping fees are non-refundable

Lost/damaged kits follow the laboratory’s policy

Weather or courier delays do not qualify for refunds


7. Chargebacks

By using our services, you agree not to dispute or charge back the transaction.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

Submission of legal and service documentation to your bank

Final denial of future services
